I really hate our cable service ( I use the word service loosely)! A few months ago, we were having some issues. So my husband called and put in a work order. 1 month later, I come to find a note on the door saying they were here. 1 month later!!!!! My husband actually figured out the problem and fixed it. Now the internet is a problem. It seems like every monthv we have a problem. We have replaced modems twice. Sadly, there is only one cable company in this area. We need another so the level of customer services goes up
