I don't know if it is just the heat, but we have the summer time blahs. You open the front door and just begin to melt. I have tried making crafts with the kids, we have baked, we have gone to the movies and we are still just bored!
I think both of my children are looking forward to going back to school. I am trying to shake us out of it, but I just don't know what else to do.
We've got that same oppressive heat and it's horrid! When the lovelies were growing up I was quite grateful for living only 5 minutes from the beach- although, when the weather is like this, even the beach makes very little difference!
