Menu Plan Monday

We have been doing really well cutting back on the consumption of meat in our household.  I really think that doing menu planning has helped me in that aspect.   Some vegetables are still a tough sell for the kids, but they are doing great.

Monday-  Broiled stuffed tomatoes, grilled corn on the cob, fruit salad

Tuesday- Grilled vegetable fajitas, black beans and rice

Wednesday- Macaroni and cheese, green beans, okra, and fruit

Thursday- Chicken lettuce wraps, steamed rice, sesame cucumber salad

Friday- Pizza Night

Saturday- YOYO
