S'more Sandwiches

A few weeks ago, I was watching the Hungry Girl on the Food Network.   In the episode she was making different frozen dessert treats.   There was one recipe that I knew my children would go wild for, it was the S'more Sandwiches.

These little treats are super simple for kids to make and they will love them!   Sorry for the lack of pictures, but they didn't last long!

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 sheet (4 crackers) low-fat honey graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed from frozen
  • 1 teaspoon mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 miniature marshmallows

Break graham cracker sheet into two squares. Set aside.
In a small bowl, lightly stir together whipped topping, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Don't over-stir.
Place one graham cracker square on a plate, and top with whipped-topping mixture. Lightly place the other square on top.
Freeze until solid, about 1 hour. Store in the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!

  1. They look great! I'm not always so great about going healthier, but if I can save on calories, on my pocketbook and still get a yummy "ice cream" sandwich out of the deal, I'd call that a total win/win!

Stopping by from What's Cooking Wednesday and newly following. Thanks for sharing these. I can't wait to give them a try!
