So lately, I have just had the blahs. I don't really want to do anything, including blogging! I really feel like I have been run over by a truck, so sticking to our menu plan has been a bit of a chore.
This week, I am really going to make an effort to stick to it. Hopefully, I will get my energy back up and feel great this week.
Monday- BLT sandwiches, sweet potato fries
Tuesday- Taco Night!
Wednesday- Broiled stuffed tomatoes with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese, pasta salad
Thursday- Grilled chicken satays with peanut sauce, stir fried noodles
Friday-Pizza Night
Saturday-YOYO
Sunday- YOYO
