I am trying to stick with menu planning each, so far so good. This is my second week for linking up. I think this helps me stick to my plan.
So, this is what's for dinner at our house this week:
Monday: Salad Bar Night. Organic salad mix, grilled chicken, toppings, fruit. Chocolate cake for dessert.
Tuesday: Chicken, cheese, and olive enchiladas, avocado salad, spanish rice
Wednesday: Veggie Meatball Subs, Chips, fruit salad
Thursday: grilled chicken pasta with basil pesto sauce, salad, garlic knots
Friday: Vegetable/Tofu stir fry with noodles
Saturday: BBQ chicken and grilled corn
Sunday: YOYO
